This album was recorded over a period of weeks in the home of Daphne Hellman, who graciously allowed us to dramatically alter her living room - telephones were disassembled, dogs and bird moved, snacks stockpiled, equipment strewn; emotions and stress levels did their various dances. With bottomless thanks for her warm hospitality, generosity and equanimity in the face of chaos, I dedicate this album to her.
